While we're entering to November and the weeks of 'karma', I decided to talk about my ancient Turkish knowledge...And the posibility of changing the game...

I marked the day: the 26th of 2026...

( The calender is important, but you've changed it a while ago, from Julian calendar to  Gregorian one...So, take this date as the date of 5th-6th November...The bonefire day...My dear Guy Fawkes...Look, he was reasonable at some point, we're talking about a Martian >.< Fire was on fire... )

So, what is my point...The point is: karma began...

As Sky, Underground side has their own 'court' too, even 'courtesy'...And be sure they're extremely perfectionist when it comes to their rules...Secrets is Secrets...Eyes Wide Shut...
( Did you thrill? )

In your nature /solar system, birds are responsible from the 'laws' and 'order'...

Eagle-Head is the Sky Side's Honor...

Owl-Head is the Underground Side's Honor, 'Dark-V's Honor...

Even the Devil herself can't issue a decision without Owl-Head...

It's hard to describe this reality without hurting anyone's honor ( you can't show disrespect to any creature ), but let's say Owl-Head has some challenging points too...

He is as wise as Eagle ( He has to be by the way..He needs deepness and sharpness like a needle in the dark side ), he certainly tries to be a square john, but time to time he fails too, due to following Haset's cunning ( the name of jealousy in Turkish; in Ancient Greek she was called as Hecate I believe ) and due to the calumny of her gins...

Gins are working to Haset...She's Venus too, October one...The woman of junctions, she is holding the keys...
That's why October was the month of: The thief and the cop...
November is the month of: Prejudice and crocodile tears (exploitation)....

There's alway 2 face/side of meddalion in physics, never judge anyone in superficial way from your head...
Everyone has their own reasons and their own decision mechanism, even the dark ones...

( Never target their 'appearance', it's their biggest inferiority complex reason...It's not about your look, but they won't get it...They will be superfical when it comes to judging from surface... )

So, time to time, Owl can give false decisions on your 'karma' in dark way with listening to the dark ones' egos, their grundy, jealousy, calumny, malicious intentions...

They take it personally, they make it personal...

Sky Side never personalize the civil laws...

You know, there are too much 'weak players' all around...Mostly, their mouth never shut up, and their eyes are on fire...

They easily play with your life without thinking the Dark-V's court and laws, and the dark gins of Hecate...
And they aren't big thinkers, they don't care the results of their attitude, they are self-seekers...

And also they're smart alec when it comes to hide their inferiority complex, jealousy and bad spells from you...

That's why I emphasized the 'V' sound in the November...Everything will be related to the features of Venus...

Whatever is the issue, it will always turn around: the fertility ( money, time, psychology, body are included as physical values, they're countable ), the woman rights, civilisation, children, Earth, health, balance, intelligence, love, art...

If the calibre turns to the dark side too much, the balance will be cracked...

Devil's dysautonomia and Dark-V's chronic fatigue, allergies ( being touchy in psychological way is included ), disorders ( in both way, unhealthy decision mechanism and unhealthy physical conditions ) will be the head rulers...

Dark-V will want to decide who will stay, who will lose ( In psychopatic way, in self-seeker way )  

You will be lacking when it comes to the: rights, fertility, health, lifeful water, intelligence, breathable life and air, time, energy, bones, love, art, music, spring, goodness, balance, maintainability, civilisation...

Personally, how can you change the game?
How can you change bad karma?

Make your list...

You can cancel the historical karmas which are coming from your families' lineage with praying..When it comes the unfair wounds you get in today's present life, make your list...

We are talking about physics, everything is in change in physics (!)

So, you need to change the faces in the hands of Owl...
Time to prepare the masks of bad ones...
If you want to get rid of them, you will give their names and their face to the Honor of Owls...
Owl is wise and a square john too, if you are reasonable, they will listen to you...
So, be reasonable when it comes to your karma list...

I'm not talking about revenge here (!)
If you have any problem in personal life, you will go to the lawyers to sake your problems in civil and lawful way...
This is for more deeper reasons:
To address the unreasonable badness to the reasonable decision mechanism...

They should be the ones who are ruining your lives in dark and unreasonable way directly...Not random names or faces...Especially the ones who are using bad spells and dark agendas at adult age on purpose...

I'm describing this knowledge to be able to hold your lives' rope back into your own hands...To get your lives' control back to yourself to be able to maintain your hopes for more liveable future...

So, this is something spiritual...And in physics, teeth matter...The bone/salt...

( To change the game in correct way, I believe you won't follow the same dark egos as dark ones...
Like following your selfishness, grundy, cunning, calumny, whatever...
Dark ones are already doing these badnesses greatly, nothing will change in that way...Other than worsening the unbearable chaos... )

To do this challenging work ( especially when it comes to the protecting the fertility of lands ), ancient shamans were wearing the mask of bad one who was counter to their lands...And they were using the bones to play specific sounds against to the badness...

A deep note here: In Turkish, shepherd's pipe means tibiae too...

The rythm will matter...

Biz filleri hep 7 sıra biliriz..Güya öyle dizilirlerse ‘uğur’ getirdiklerine inanılır.. İlginç bir şekilde Anadolu kültürümüzde, doğamızda filler yoktur..Muhtemelen Osmanlı’nın yaşadıklarıdan ötürüdür..

Meşhur bir Yıldırım-Timur karşılaşması vardır, Ankara Savaşı..Timur’un fillerle yaptığı hamle yüzünden Osmanlı şaşkınlık içinde kaybeder..Timur filleriyle gelmiştir ama, onun filleri de Hint kökenlidir, Asya kökenlidir, bakıcılarına kadar..

Hikayesi de ilk Delhi'de başlar..Delhi’de kazanır o filleri; Timur Hindistan seferine çıkmıştır ve Delhi Sultanlığı ile de savaşa girmiştir ( Tuğluk, onlar da Türk )  Timur’da saman, odun, ateş yakıcı yağlar taşıyan develer vardır, karşı Tuğluk'ta ise, zehirli ok ve patlayıcı madde taşıyan filler; ama Timur askerlerine der ki, "develerimizin üzerindeki saman ve odunları yakın, ateş içindeki develeri karşımızdaki fil ordusunun üzerine salın"..Tuğluk tarafı, filleri nizam ve kolaylık için zincirle birbirlerine bağlamıştır, bir anda karşısında alev alev develer gören filler büyük paniğe kapılır ve zincirle birbirlerine bağlı oldukları için de, büyük kaos çıkar, arkalarına bakmadan kaçmak isterler, bu sefer de kendi ordularını, Delhi ordusunu eziyor olurlar, Tuğluk askerleri de ne yapacağını şaşırır ve onlar filleri zapt edeceğim derken, fillerin peşi sıra Tuğluk askerlerinin üzerine giden Timur, askerlerine bir emir daha verir "şimdi oklarınızla, var gücünüzle saldırın.." Gerisi Yıldırım’ın kısa bir süre sonra ölmesi ve "yeni padişah kim olacak" diye birbirini yiyen Osmanlı'nın fethe kadar ki kardeş kavgasıdır..

Daha sonra arkadan gelen 2 kız kardeş de Zeus'un eşleri arasına girmiştir, Electra ve Taygate..Electra Truva'da karşınıza çıkar..Çingeneler Zamanı..
En ilginçlerinden bir tanesi en küçük olan Merope'tur, eş olarak bir Titan'ı ya da tanrıyı değil, ölümlü Sisifos'u seçmiçtir, tercihi ortalığı karıştırmıştır..

Ben en önce bu aile soyunda anneleri olan Pleione'a neden Aethra dediğimi tekrar söyleyim, çünkü biz Hıdır-Ellez'e Hızır deriz, 'Eder’lezi..
O ‘eter’, aethra, eder ve benzeri ses heceleri antik zamanlarda ‘ışık’,  ‘aydınlık’, 'melek' gibi olanlar için kullanılır..
Antik konuşma dilinde d-j-z seslerinde geçiş vardır..
Eder-ıtır-hızır..
‘Ter’ de örneğin ‘su’ için kullanılır..
( Ter atmak deriz, dere deriz, tereyağı deriz..)

Baharda yağan yağmurların, sevgi, şifa, hayat, güzellik, iyilik notlarını yağdırdığını düşünüyorum, her yağmur damlası bir hayattır..
( son bulut bükücülerin teknolojilerinden gelenler değil, doğal olanları )..

Onlar da Atlas'ın su perisi kızlarıdır, güya dökülen küçük kardeşleri için tuttukları matemin gözyaşlarıdır..Londra'nın göbeğindeki Hyde Park'a bir de buradan bakın istedim..'Hyde' kelime olarak İngilizce'de "bir ailenin mülkü olan arazi" anlamına da geliyormuş..Bizde, Ege'deki Sart Çayı'nın adının bir zamanlar Hyda olduğu söylenir, Lidya'daki ticaret zamanı Sardes'ten Sart kalmıştır..

Antik Yunan’da ‘animagus’ dönüşümleri diyeceğim ( Harry Potter'da kullanılan terimden daha uygun bir tabir bulamadım bu durum için ), animagusları ‘beyaz kumru’ olarak tarif edilir..

Dede dağ gibi Iapetus'tur, baba dağ gibi Atlas, 7 Pleiades kız kardeş için de gözünüzün önüne sembolik olarak 7 sıra tepeli dağlar ve o tepelerde yaşayan dağ perileri getirin derler..

Antik Yunan’da yaşadıkları coğrafya farklı olsa bile, benim de aklıma hep ya Toros’lar gelir, ya Yeditepe İstanbul..Orada da sinema tarihimizde çok ilginç bir yapım karşımıza çıkar, Yıldıztepe filmi..Yeşilçam versiyonunda Fatma Girik oynar hatta, sonradan çekilen versiyonunda henüz çok genç Özge Özberk..Biz yıldızları zaten ışığı, aydınlığı tarif etmek için kullanırız, bu filmin adı da 'Yıldızpark’ımız gibi, ‘Yıldız’tepe’dir..

Bu Plaeides kız kardeşlerin hikayesidir..Rivayete göre bir de küçük erkek kardeşleri vardır, Hyas, ama onu ormanda avlanırken bir ‘yılan’ öldürmüştür..Kardeşlerine de o kadar bağlıdırlar ki, ister Pleiades olanlar olsun, ister Hyades olanları, deyim yerindeyse ölenle ölmüşlerdir, Hyas’ın ölümünü aşamamışlardır, yastan çıkamamışlardır..

Makale özetle fil kelimesinin 'Çin’ceden geçtiğini söylese de, ben makaleyi Delhi’den, Timur’dan, Hindistan’dan, Moğollar’dan ya da Memlüklerden hiç bahsetmemesi üzerine eksik buluyorum..

Çünkü şimdi en başta anlattığım Timur’un Delhi’de yaptığı savaşı tekrar düşünün..Timur askerlerine “fillerin üzerine ‘ateşli’ develerle gidin” derken, ateşin filleri ‘dağıtacağını’ biliyordur..

O deşarj olmuş ve sahalara dönmeye hazır heyecanın yerinde, benim içimde daha yeni başlayan bir yolculuk olur, kaldığım yerden devam edebilmek için değil, gidebilmek için, gitmek isterim; oysa hayatın ve insanların tam da dönmemi beklediği haftalardır bu haftalar...

Bu yüzden önce adapte olamam, sonra da başta adapte olamadığım için olamam, sonra da kuytumda bir yerde olmam gerekiyormuş da olmamam gereken bir yerde duruyormuşum hissine kapılırım, bir köşeye çekilesim gelir...

Suskunluğumun, küçük olmama yorulduğu zamanlara döner...

I just began to translate my knowledge in English...

I'm writing for peace and understanding...I won't accept to be taken in inhumane or misunderstood way...

Don't jump on everything as soon as you see...
Once darkness starts biggering/rising, people become more hysterical, but on the other hand, more superficial too...
Because dark side is dyslexic ( I'm not talking about innocent patients, do not target any individual..)

( Think that: They're the feet side, underground, I illustrated it in the page, to be able to come over the ground, they do an opposite move, when you step on the ground, they step on the sky... )

Please do not target anyone, especially the ones who are in inferiority complex...They aren't aware of their condition...They won't listen to you either...
They're closed, they're introvert...
They may look like they're social ( speaking a lot doesn't mean that you're humane or open or empathic... )

They're set-up personalities, they're already set to give you a life lesson... So, when you think that you can give them a life lesson, the opposite will happen, you'll get a sweet one :)

Narcissists are untouchable...They can't come to be criticised or feeling guilty...
They're already in severe guilt trip, they can't tolerate more judgement on that...

It's their set-up, their fiction, not realistic, at least the real reality is not that dramatic, but that's the ill point, they'll dramatise it, and actually they'll make life more dramatic too, their fiction will be normalised...

So, not hopes or dreams, nightmares will happen...
Because they're fobics and anxious...

They're doing everything to normalise themselves and they're everywhere in daily life...

There's a sweet thick line between the victimisation and the real pursuit of honor...

Victimisation will work for abuse and waste of time...It doesn't matter who is doing it...Basic physics...
The real fight and the real effort for honorable life will work for being constitutive...

Narcissists are fake promise, they're faking their theatre, they aren't constitutive, the opposite, they're the enders...

They'll cause chronic fatigue syndrome and despration...
Fertility will vanish away...

They always want to sit on top ( another inconsistent attitude ), but when they're ruling, they use those chairs for unreasonable luxury and criminal way...

How much strong their guilt trip is, they'll commit that much crime against humanity, to normalise their guilt trip...

How much they dirty their hands, they'll sell humanism out that much, to not get a charge for their dirty actions, to run away from the consequences of their attitude....

Which means, they aren't realistic...

Wasting money and time in that toxic way ( like using it for conflicts for example, they'll always cause polarisation ) won't be restorable easily...

And it'll turn a vicious circle...You'll crash more, they'll ask more...

The effort to be peaceful and stabile again will get more difficult...

So they aren't real 'cool' life...

The heat, draughtness, poverty will increase as the consequences of their decision mechanism...

Always the dyslexic consequences they cause will be a signal...

They're two-faced players...They think they're the clever one...

They aren't big thinkers or generous...

They'll get what they want, they'll abuse you ( it could be in moral way or materialistic way, time is a material too ) and won't care the mature effort...

Heart breaking...They can make you disgust from humanity...Snake-psychology....

They'll show severe reaction to your approach, you won't gain anything other than a sweet life lesson, bad karma and new conflicts and divisions in social life...

One of the main characteristics of dark side is:
You'll splinter up in to pieces...How much did you expose to their poisonous mindset / mathematics, you'll be in that many pieces...

So, you'll weaken...Your backbone will weaken, you'll have more tendency for superficial selfish decisions...

And your acceptance to the darkness will change...

Again, they will be playing to guarantee themselves and make themselves free...

And from every corner, another cry will increase....
Another accident will occur in problematic way...In imbalanced way...
Due to the increase in population and toxicity...

And due to the short-comings, you won't be able to answer these needs...

But also you'll be losing realism too, people don't trust each other, you'll lose sanity and maturity...

And your society will become more 'nipper'...

That's why you should change the head chairs as soon as possible...

That's why you can't give the ruling chairs to the dark ones with expecting goodness...
I know they did it on purpose for their dark agendas, that's the point, they make everyone lose in desperate way...

They will be fake coolness and fake promise...And sadistic...

They'll spend lives like loose change...

Right in the beginning you'll lose these: The honor of Venus, the features of Venus:
Woman body, kids, animals, soldiers, nature, life-ful water, spring, breathable air, love, smartness, real artistic and creative skills...Colors of life...

Where did you see that the head ones will be this much toxic and you'll get fertility and peaceful life?

I want to write about Dionysus too, but for tonight I'll bring this little note...

As the toxicity caused by narcissists increases every day, I’d suggest taking care of your gallbladder.

Narcisists will make you lose self-esteem...And you may feel hopeless..

They're manipulative and their mindset works in toxic way mostly, you may lose your way in life as Dionysus did once...

Gall'bladder isn't a simple organ, any of them isn't but, your gut is directly related to your nervous system...
And gall'bladder is one of the core organ which will protect your sanity and self-esteem...

In English I know 'gall' means you a lot, but in Turkish it's also a notable word I believe...
In Turkish the name of organ is 'safra'...
'Saf' means 'pure' in translation...Pure one...
And, 'ra'-sound mostly refers supreme ones...
Also 'safir' means sapphire color, the ornamental version of them protects you from jealousy and evil eye...

This note occured as a reaction after I saw some accounts on social media who were asserting themselves as 'the white, golden eagle of sky' and trying to jump on protests as nationalists but in narcissistic, dark way...

This 'label' only could come from Medusa/Inanna, that much distorted in dyslexic way ( I mean 'mirror effect' here when I use 'dyslexic' as a term, you know, reverse version, secrets' side, underground side )

Medusa wears a 'white' hair cover, due to being grundy and perfectionist, and she uses 'white' color in symbolic way to her Dark-V...

Holy color is 'red' one...

It was the 7th night after full moon...

( I'll describe in so general way, but in our Eastern geography there're still stories where brothers can get married with their siblings' wife...When the elder one dies...If elder brother dies when married, his wife can become the wife of next brother, due to their tribal tradition...To keep their women in the family and protected...Then, think these old myths and historical tales again...There's always a hag step-mother...)

And don’t target any species or person by the way, everyone lives for their own hope...

I'll emphasize that I've no problem with any of species or creature...

That scarf is always changing its’ color on her, not her hair color, the color of scarf is changing..
Sometimes it can turn into a pink one, or an orange one, or green one...It depends on her mood :)
She thinks she's coming in front of you in different faces and personalities...
She will examine you..

In physics, to be able to trust your humanism and decision mechanism, things will come in front of you in three times...
It doesn't mean that life is an exam..You're here to live your life...

But your hands tell you something: they're your book of life..

Every finger has 3 divisions...
Your hands are related to your astronomical reality..And fingers are related to the key personalities and key occasions in your pattern you'll come across..
There're 3 credits for each...

Red-Woman is the keeper of crossing roads...Think it as junctions in your destinies..
She keeps the doors and holding keys...Let's see will door open to you, or not...

Their attitude went wrong in the past..They couldn’t pass away..

Instead of paying the bill of their attitude peacefully, they turned it in to a revenge project with Medusa..Dark-V of Secrets was borned…

They weren't right or sustainable, they insisted on their conceit and narcisism..
Also, they couldn’t tolerate to be the loser ones, to be charged, to stay in underground, in darkness, living the dreadful side...
It's painful...
Right in the beginning you should be so steady like a stone and patient, that's where she can't stand...

In Turkish we say "At least you should have a planted tree", because when you can't pass away, there's a geography of underground side too; there're stations, positions and levels; and trees can be resting stations...

So, trees and stones are full actually :)

When it comes to the Dark-V, think that they’re under the ground, which means they’re living the ‘feet’ part of your nature, and they want to run the asylum...
Like feet want to be the head...To be the head of Venus...

Remember Venus is the honor of intelligence and air too..

So, the inmate ones ( I’m not talking about innocent people, never ever, pardon here ) want to run Venus and Life...

In turn, to be free from dead side and their charge...

They want to be the ‘right’ ones when it comes to judging women ( they can't tolerate freedom of women ), and also they want to decide who will go, who will stay, who will shine, etc.

In sum, they want to be the head of decision mechanism.
They want to get all: Earth and Sky...

So, if you see someone who is actually a good person, but living terrible conditions, or getting terrible accidents, nice, Red-Woman, Medusa, and their Dark-V team is on the job…Malice unfortunately...

The most safe way is staying away from weak-willed, easily-tempted characters...They're the ones who should get maturity...

And you can't give them lessons...

You know don't think that you can change them, or they'll change with listening to you...Leave them alone...Don't forget that they're already set up about you...
They're already behind giving you a sweet life lesson, and don't think that you can persuade these kind of people...

They always desire to find a face from you...When they get it, they can abuse the chance in materialistic way..You know, not for love or humanism as they assert...

You'll get harm, they'll walk away...

Put that aside, they'll bend over backwards to run away from being charged...

They won't consider your thoughts and morals...

Inferiority complex is one of the most tungsten psychology, in selfish way...They're set up to compete with you...This is where they lose being legimate and sustainable...
Instead of measuring in the same way, and mature way, they will play make you loser too, or show you as the bad one...

They live on killer-victim equation...To be able to victimize themselves, they'll try to show you as killers...

They'll set up traps to take you in to feed their ill ego and agendas...

They think they're the hidious ones, that's why I illustrated Red-Woman in jackal version...

That dark side always work in a dyslexia way, in mirror-effect...
You know, Secrets, dark side of mirror...
( And, I'm not talking about innocent dyslexia patients here, be mindful)

Normally, there'll be dark side always...There'll be death always..Basic physics...
Someone will run 'feet' anyway...
A natural life cycle...
Nothing bad about it...

But, it doesn't mean that life cycle will turn into a vicious circle...

Inferiority complex comes with set on hate, competition, violence, sadism too...

Dark-V is perfectionists on judging...Narcisists are perfectionist on judging..To be the winner...

In Secrets, they have so strict and certain rules which you don't know...

They don't share these knowledge on purpose...You know all space knows, basic physics, basic laws...Sky knows...

If there're deadly decisions, there're decisions on life and sustainable future too... Across each other..Basic balance of physics...

But Secrets think that they can hide their decisions and their actions to themselves >.<

That's why they're Secrets...They are silent and mouth closed...

Also, you can't see their face...Eyes will be closed there for everything...I'm sharing the deepest part of history with my realistic illustrations...
You can't betray or disobey to rules...
Gang psychology...

So, there's no healthy and humane horizontal solidarity under one flat roof in that side...

There's toxic, bossy, vertical, from top to bottom, pyramid shape netting...

They think if they keep the information to themselves, they can use the knowledge, information, judgement, physics against you...
Which means they can sit on your top and feed their own egos and abuse you...

They think they'll be more powerful than you with holding these informations in their hands...

Also, they'll be manipulative about you..And their ideas will be set-up, fiction or unrealistic..
It'll come from their anxieties and hysterias...

And the very first thing, they will target your honor and privacy...

Again another dyslexic attitude: When they're dying for their own honor, they will ruin your one easily...

Their mathematics always work to establish vicious circle traps...Because they think in this way they won't be lonely losers...
If they can't win, they won't let you win either..They'll examine and test you from bottom to top...
Challenge, difficulty, stress, fatigue will increase in time, because it's vicious circle...

Life will be too hard and living will be too depressive...

Everyone will be losing next to inferiority complex all together...

They played their cards to be the winner, this is winning in their mathematics...

How can a snake lock you on her poisonous tooth, you know, if in one fang lies the poison, in the other one, the cure...She is expecting you to her feet...What if you'll make her live too, or you'll die together...

How will you determine 'the value' to maintain the civilisation?

If CFS/ME ( chronic fatigue syndrome ) patients need to know and measure their ‘energy envelope’, then rulers should understand the ‘value envelope’..
For the sake of everyone…
Any ruler can’t undermine the value and place of any individual…

Then measure…

Value envelope doesn't mean that you can list people under the credit points or you can create citizenship classes, like second class citizen, third class citizen whatever..

Even a tiny bit parasite cell and its psychology is included when we talk about the value envelope...
And everyone has an honor, not only you..
Everything has a time and place in it..

They're doing everything in dyslexia way ( in mirror effect ), in dark agendas...

'New York Hayali' yaşayan bir insan olmadım hiçbir zaman, ama videoları da daha büyülü ve çekici gelen başka bir şehir de görmedim, çünkü hani şöyle oluyor, "İnsanlar nasıl yaşıyor New York'ta" :)

Video bir şefin menüsündeki French tostu anlatması üzerine...
New York'ta uzun yıllar kahvaltı dükkanı olarak ayakta kalmayı başaran bir işletme varmış ve bu tarçınlı French tost da ( ben Frenk tostu diyorum ) menülerindeki çok istenilenlerden birisiymiş...

Eşlik eden arkadaşınla son yaz düğününün de nasıl geçtiğini konuşuyormuşsunuz..

Sevgilinse, sezonda gelecek olan tiyatro oyunlarına bakıyormuşsunuz beraber, hangi sahnede hangi oyunlar var, hangi eserleri işlemişler..

"Aa, o eseri okudun mu, ya çok dramatik, yasemin işte çok seviyor ama, tam yakınlaşacaklar hasta oluyor, derken karanfil geliyor.." :)

Böyle hisler gelişince, bu sonbahar eğlencesi yaşamamı sağlayan videoyu bloguma da yüklemeye karar verdim..

Tarifte çok kalabalık ürün varmış gibi görünüyor, ama ben tarifi çok daha az ve bulunabilir malzemelerle kendime göre yorumlamıştım, öyle de inanılmaz keyifli oluyor..

Yabancı çocuklara çocuk bakıcılığı yaptığım kısa bir dönem de olmuştu, çocuklar okuldan gelince bu frenk tostuna öyle bayılıyordu ki...Onlara da yaptırıyordum tarifleri, çocuklarla güle oynaya, o hatıralar geliyor aklıma...

Ve şeker...
Cadılar Bayramı da geliyorken..

Hastalığımdan ötürü özellikle 'şekerli' gıdaların ne kadar dokunduğunu ben 7/24 yaşıyorum; ama hayatta o 'şekerli' tarafın da kendine göre bazen 'haklı' olduğunu düşünüyorum :)

Küçük cadılar iş başında..

Dozu kaçırmadığınızda, oran orantıyı es geçmediğinizde, hayata renk veren şeylerin içinde onlar da var...

Yediklerimden sonra 'suçluluk' hissetmek, 35 yıllık hayatımda, benim son '6 aydır' ilk kez tecrübe ettiğim bir şey...

Yalan yok, daha önce çok uzun süre zayıftım..

Şunu da anladım, gerçekten ya zaten zayıf oluyorsunuz, ya da bir kere bir zayıflıyorsunuz, her gün belirli bir standartta yediğinizde, tekrar kilo almıyorsunuz..

Ama, bir kere kilo aldınız mı, o yeni bir standart oluyor ve onu geri çekmek için gerekli süre ve efor sürekli 2 katına çıkıyor..

Üstüne de bozulan psikolojiler ve yıpranan sinirler tuz biber oluyor..

Yani deseniz ki kilo vermek için '6 ay' gibi bir süre, belirli bir diyet ve oruç tekniklerini uygulamanız gerekiyor, ama hayat devam ediyor, illa ki bir şeyler çıkıyor, siz tam uygulamaya kararlıyken, birkaç hafta içinde tekrar karnınıza 'ağır' gelebilecek bir şeyler yerken kendinizi buluyorsunuz, ve hop bırakın o birkaç haftalık süreçte biraz da olsa zayıflamış olmayı, kilo yukarı bile çıkıyor ve önünüzdeki süreç de 2'ye katlıyor...

6 aysa, oluyor 1 yıl..

Ben hastalıktan önce hem yüzerdim, hem çok sevdiğim için çok yürürdüm, esnemek ve rahatlamak için, içimden gelerek, düzenli pilates yapardım, psikolojik olarak çok seviyordum..
Vejetaryendim, sebze, salata çok yerdim, çok da severdim -iyi ki -, sağlık üzerine okumakla da çok ilgilenirdim - yine bir iyi ki-, yani yesem bile muhtemelen bu yüzden kilo da almıyordum...

Deyim yerindeyse, bedenimin bir disiplini ve bilinci vardı..

Belki Japonya'da geçirdiğim o yaz da bunda etkili olmuştur, onların "%80 Doy" gibi bir felsefesi var; yani hiçbir zaman bir öğünde %100 yememeye çalışıyorlar..
O zaman karnınızda bir 'kredi alanı' kalmış oluyor; hem bedeniniz ağırlaşmıyor, karnınız şişmiyor, gerilmiyorsunuz, hem hayatınız ve psikolojiniz daha rahat oluyor ve dikkatinizi yaşanmışlıklara verebiliyorsunuz...

Ben hastalıkta 38 kiloya kadar düştüm, yıllarca çiğneyemediğim ve sindiremediğim için, o sebze lapası gıdalardan, diyetisyenler de dahil, kilo aldıramadılar..

6 yıllık mücadelemin sonunda, ne zamanki 'nöro-enflamasyon'un boyutunu ve ciddiyetini gördüler, prosedür olarak en ilk yaptıkları, ama herhalde hastalara da hormon ve kilo olarak en çok dokunan 'steroid'lere başlattılar...

Ben 6 ayın sonunda ilacın etkilerinden hasta olarak kendim rica ile bıraktırdım..
Hemen başlayıp, hemen bırakamadığınız için, iyi gelmediğini bile bile kullanmaya devam ettiğiniz bir süreç oluyor ilaçlarda...

Ve hayatımda ilk kez, '2 ay' gibi kısa bir sürede bir anda '10 kilo' birden aldım; ekmek, makarna, pirinç, bulgur bile yiyemediğim bir diyette..

Normalde yiyemediğim, ama hem ilaçla gelen bir kıpırdanmışlıkla "artık belki biraz şunu da yapabilirim" diyerek, 6 yıldır bedenimin alıştığı yeme tarzının dışına çıktığımdan, hem de gerçekten ilaç sizi öyle bir dürtüyor ki, bir öğünü 'hazırda hemen ne varsa' onu yiyerek geçirmeye çalışmaktan mesela...
( Hastalıktan yatağa bağımlıyım bir de o var tabi..)

Bazen sadece yiyebildiğim kuruyemişlerden bir avuç, iki avuç yemem bile yetti o kilonun hızla tırmansına..

Hiçbir zaman böylesi bir kilo sorunum olmadığı için, eşim de dahil, kilosundan ve yediklerinden yakınan insanların ne hissettiğini de bu son 6 aylık süreçte anlamış oldum..

Anladım, ama kusuruma bakmayın, gıcık da oldum, ve onun üzerine yazmaya karar verdim zaten :)

Daha yemeği yer yemez, "keşke bunu yemeseydim", "bu şimdi daha da kilo aldırır", "x kıyafeti giyemem artık" (bu çok ciddi bir sorun bu arada, kıyafetler üzerinize olmuyor, bir gün iyileşirsem tekrar giyerim diye hevesle beklediğim elbiseler ) ve beraberinde gelen kendinle barışını kaybetmek..

"İnsan zayıf olunca zarif duruyor, zarif değilim, kendimi çirkin hissediyorum.." gibi gibi...

İnanın anlıyorum..

Ama işte tam da buna 'gıcık' oldum...

Yani 'yemek' herhalde insanın bu yeryüzünde en büyük lüksüdür; ne o kıyafet, ne bir fotoğrafta nasıl göründüğün..Ya da birilerinin seni nasıl göreceğini düşünmek...
Yemeğin kendisidir aslolan, ve tam da o sana kendini ve hayatı kötü hissettiriyor..

Derken işte, daha fazla böyle bir gıcıklığa dayanamadım ve içimdeki 'Ankaralı' yükseldi :)

Söyleyecek söz bulamıyorum..

O makarna yenir, o börek yenir, o tost yenir, o içecek içilir...

Ben suçluluk hissetmeyi ya da kötü bir şey yapıyormuşum gibi hissetmeyi, hem zamanı, hem de o gıdayı kendime yazık etmeyi kabul edemedim açıkcası...

Karnıma ve beynime sesleniyorum, gerçekten öyle yaşıyorum o anı, ne güzel yemişim, mis gibi sindireceğim, karnım da, beynim de, bedenim de 'keyfine' baksın...
Hatta bir fincan kahve lütfen ( içebiliyorsanız ne ala, ben mesela kahve de içemiyorum, en önce dokunan gıdalardan birisi o, tadını çıkarın isterim yapabildiğiniz her şeyin )

Yani, süper değil mi, şahane yedim gerçekten, on numara beş yıldız bir afiyet oldu, hmmmm, mis mis...

Esas, bir o un taze olsun, ekmek, makarna taze olsun, satıcılar halk sağlığı ile oynamasın, bizlik bir şey yok...

6.5 yıldır ağır hastayım, sadece belirli sebzelerden tüketebildiğim o sebze lapalarına 3 gün dayanamazsınız, ben 2500 gün geçirdim öyle, hala da devam ediyor, her sebzeyi bile yiyemediğinizi düşünün, ve hani başka hayat da yok, hücre hapsinden beter bir kondisyon...

Reddedene kadar...

Böbrek de iflas etmeyi versin, ne diyim, bazen büyük reddediyorum hastalığı ve hasta olmayı..

İçimden de o geliyor, reddedin yediklerinize karşı kötü kurulmayı..

Böyle yediklerinizden bir şey olmaz demiyorum, hele ki benim gibi hastaysanız, olmayacağını biliyorum, ama üzerinize ne kadar 'almazsanız', o kadar etki 'etmez'...

Size yaşanmışlıklar kalır...

Ben 3 ayda 'nefret ettim' yediklerimden sonra geçirdiğim zamana hayıflanma düşüncesinden, kötü hissetme psikolojisinden...

Mesela söylediği üzerine, eşim çocukluğundan beri, nereden baksanız rahat 30 yıl eder, her yediği öğünde bunu yaşıyormuş, düşünemiyorum bile, öyleymiş?!

Kabul de etmiyorum açıkcası, blogta da bu yüzden içimden geçenleri yazacağım tuttu...

Frenk tostu'nun hikayesi bu olabilir miydi bilmiyorum, ama bugün böyleyken böyle...

( Edit: Tam da bu paylaşımı yapmıştım ki, karşıma benden yaşça büyük, biraz daha ciddi kilo sorunu yaşamış bir kadının gönderisi geldi..

İnanın ciddi uğraşlar sonucu, en son sorununu 'sinir sistemine' yönelik yeni bir metod kullanarak aşmış; yeniden kilo vermeye döndüğünü de etkilemiş mutlulukla..
Çünkü bunu artık bedeniyle savaş meselesi yapmadığını, doğal bir şekilde sinir sistemini anlayarak ve yönlendirerek yaşadığını, sinirlerine rağmen hareket etmediğini eklemiş...
Ona kazanım olarak geri dönmüş..
Birkaç haftanın sonunda o yeni taktiği ile, tekrar eski beden kotlarına girebilmeyi bile başardığını söylüyor..
Aynı kadın, aynı menüler, farklı tutum..
Karını, diyetleri, hormonları değil, sinir sistemini öncelik yaparak bedeniyle diyalogunu değiştirmesi..

Yani işte sinirlerinizi neye yorduğunuz, pozitif mi, negatif mi, algılayarak ilerlediğiniz çok fark ediyor..

Beyninizi ve sinirlerinizi 'telkin' edebilirsiniz, sizi dinler; yönlendirebilirsiniz, sizi dinler; "ben şimdi bu yemeği yedim, metabolizmam sen de hızlıca sindir, ben de hissediyorum keyifle senin tıkır tıkır çalıştığını.."; "metabolizmam bütün tıkanıklıktan kurtulsun ve yediklerimi iyilikle sindirsin, ben de kendimi iyi hissediyorum..."

Bunu gerçekten metabolizmanız o kolaylıkta yapıyormuş gibi içinde olup, sinirleriniz de o kolaylıkta çalışıyormuş gibi o anı hissettiğinizi düşünün, bedeninizin yaptığından memnun olduğunu hafızanıza yerleştirebilirsiniz, o anın içinde olmayı...

Görev gibi değil de, bedeninizle öylesi bir barış içinde olduğunuzu, kendinizle böyle konuşabildiğinizi ve anlaşabildiğinizi düşünün... )

It’s one of the biggest pyschological trap of the dark side..I’ll tell ‘watch out’ please…

In Turkish, we don’t say that “distinguish the white and black from each other”, instead, we say “distinguish the apple and pear from each other”

This world isn’t stabile for ages..

Don’t make it more unstable in unbearable way…

It’s your world, you’ll be responsible from the chaos and order..

There could be tones of ways to start a technological new age...

Why insects?

Why flies?

Why like vampire psychology when it comes to the consuming?

Why chasing the private personal datas like Secrets’ gins?

Why chasing the water and energy supplies like parasites?

Why this much hate, war, weapon, killing act, toxicity, etc. in the air?

Why this much competition, narcisisism, inferiority complex, and urging for ‘ownership’?

You know 'Voldemort' urges his followers to 'owe' something due to his fears and deep anxieties on death and immortality, and behind of that, to be locked to Azkaban forever..
Because real Azkaban isn't bearable...
There's a real ongoing alive pain and fire..

Like, think that he's playing his cards to make you owe something..
When you play in selfish way to get that thing, you work to the dark side..
He/They find right, and they gain from your attitude..

And how much toxic you're, that much 'door' will be to the toxic, dark side...

Like, your body will be the slaves of microbes..
Your life term will be the slaves of dark ones..

They'll consume you from bottom to top, until the end..

And there won't be reality..

If something is coming from the dark side, the very first thing they’ll do is targeting your realities, to be able to break the connection between healthy decision mechanism and ill one..

And also, it's the Medusa's deep revenge about Venus..
She/they will be targeting the features of Venus..

For example, they'll target real love, real wisdom, real beauty, real art, real wellness, real healthy agriculture and healthy food cycle, longevity, whatever..

( Medusa's revenge..She wants to be right and the top one..But she isn't suitable for what she wants to do..She isn't considerate, big thinker, generous or sustainable in physical way, you know naturally, it's not in her nature or psychology...
Her family was for the 'death' side, underground, law keepers, etc...
She couldn't get along with her being..
She lost her peace with her own body, her own life, her gender, appearance, looking, and started building a project about herself and life, which is coming from her inferiority complex=narcisisism; for aesthetising themselves, and judging heterosexual women's right in a guardian of morals way...
A deep jealousy and hate to get a revenge..
And she reached to the dark ones -also Enlil is her uncle; in the text it looks like he is her grandfather, from my vision, as I understood correct, he is her uncle..Twins are coming from their side-, they made an agreement between each other to abuse this world's sources, if she gets to be the head of Venus/Life too..
And in turn, death of course..
You know she doesn't want to live 'underground' or 'hell'..
Think that you're stoned and you can't move as the most extreme chronic fatigue patients, and you have to stay still like a stone; and on top, if you went too deep, if you lost too much, you'll be burning alive too..
So, exactly like magma, it's already underneath, an 'alive' fire in a stoned body, that's the real hell..

They're desperate and depressed...)

How much dark they're, they will be that much unrealistic, silicon, plastic, inorganic, whatever..Not sustainable in an organic way...
And I'm not using these terms in the way that democrats are using today..

I'm not a democrat, be realistic...  

This world is ‘one’ body (!)

It doesn’t matter if you’re living in the liver part, or heart, or brain, or kidneys..

This is also the same for immigrations..

If you're a 'kidney' cell, what are you doing in the 'brain', for example?

If you are a heart vein, what are you doing with killing liver function, for example?

Then, don't create unreasonable war scenes, and don't urge people to immigrate in an unreasonable way..
It's not the problem of individuals, it's coming from the top...

You can't target any indivual...

Just try to understand that everyone has a place, everyone has a role, don't mess it up with your egos and lacking understanding...

You can't 'design' the space (!)

On the Earth, you know on the 'ground', your life/time is for working to the Earth lives...
It's your world, you'll live in the future too..
Past, present, future..
Your past, your today, your tomorrow...

If you have a life on the 'ground', then you will live for the Earth/ground, for the peace of the ground (!)

You don't have right to play with physics in toxic way or to design the physics...
First, save your own .ss for God's sake..
When you play with the indiviuals' lives, you're daring to tell that "I can change the physics in my way, due to my ego..", really?

It doesn’t make any sense if you consume the lungs in the most vampire way or toxic way to live a ‘kingship’ in the kidneys..For example…

It doesn’t make any sense when you break the heart of the body in ill way, on purpose, when you're living in the stomach part of that one body..For example…

It doesn't make any sense if the kidney dies due to insufficiency and everyone runs to live in the mouth..For example..

It doesn’t make any sense…

It’s just one body in a whole way (!)

And dark ones will always be the ‘fake’ ones..

They won’t give you or serve you a sustainable solution or a sustainable future..

They’re the opposite; they’re for the revenge of the past..So, they aren’t futuristic even (!)

Mostly they’re for ‘karma’ in ill way…

In healthy way, karma is good, it’s good for self-criticism and the key point for healthy sustainability..

In ill way, dark karma is consuming your lives and your world...
They are using your fears and anxieties against you..

It's not democracy..

It can't be a tool of democracy (!)

Don’t be a 'dark fly' on another human life like vampires..

And please don’t generalize it..
